Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hdply ("the Service"), a static website hosting service operated from the Republic of Korea and available at hdply.com. By creating an account or deploying a site, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
hdply lets you publish HTML files as websites on subdomains of hdply.com. The Service includes account-less trial deployments (which expire automatically after one hour), a free plan, and a paid Pro subscription. We may change, add, or remove features at any time.
2. Accounts
You need a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service.
3. Plans and billing
The free plan includes a limited number of live sites with unlimited edits. The Pro subscription removes the site limit and adds priority support. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record; your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. 4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload. By deploying a site you grant us a limited license to store, copy, and serve that content publicly — that is what hosting is. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to publish it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to host or distribute:
- illegal content, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- malware, phishing pages, or content designed to deceive or harm;
- sexually explicit content involving minors, or content promoting violence or hate;
- spam infrastructure, or anything that abuses the platform (excessive automated deployments, circumvention of limits, misuse of the shared domain's reputation).
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion and without prior notice. Trial sites, free sites, and paid sites are all covered by these rules equally.
6. Availability and data
The Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. Trial sites are deleted automatically after one hour. We keep a limited deployment history per project and may delete data that belongs to deleted projects or expired trials. Please keep your own copies of your files.
7. Termination
You may delete your projects and stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or USD 10 if you paid nothing).
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
